The Credit Card application will be sent to you by e-mail with the order information or send directly to us - Credit application, complete the form and forward by fax to Caught-In-The-Act. Be sure to confirm arrangements by e-mail before sending the fax.
Without the information fully completed in the credit application we cannot accept payment by credit card.
