The
straitjaket turned Inside out shows the internal sleeve sewn
into the jacket front positioned across
the chest. Same position as placed
for a typical sj with regular sleeves on the outside |

With
elbows pulled together there is little chance arms can be pulled
out of sleeves. Oh and if you think you can undo the buckles, well
go ahead and try, but fingers are well out of reach of anything to loosen. |

Looking
good! The optional removable belt cinches just below the elbows for a
close fit limiting arm movement. Frankly it is
not really
necessary
but it keeps with the Max Cita theme of: more is more |

The IO-2 has shoulder d-rings, crotch strap integrate with the shoulder strap to add strength for standing or momentary suspension. The shoulder d-rings make tie downs more interesting for escape challenges. |

The Inside Out with Shoulder D-rings
Inside Out Straitjacket IO-2 has all the features of the IO-1 plus added shoulder d-rings and continuous crotch to shoulder straps for light duty restraint/suspension. Mostly used for fixing the sjs at the shoulders for safety in horiozontal or no load standing, suspension maximum 130 Lb. limit but not recommended.
